Here's what this program offers:
An individualized movement assessment. You'll start with a 1:1 assessment with one of our professional coaches. We'll screen your movement and identify the best place for you to start with your exercise routine.
A custom exercise program designed specifically for you. Based on your assessment, we will design a customized exercise program that will start you exactly where you need to start. Then, we will progress the program to keep you on track toward your goals.
Coaching and accountability. You will get 2x/week semi-private exercise training sessions with a Med Gym coach. You'll get coaching
Weekly nutrition coaching classes by our certified nutrition coach.
