Exercise Specialist & Nutrition Coach
Chris has been interested in health and fitness since he was young, playing basketball and track. Progressing from a general interest in sports to a fitness enthusiast, he was consumed by everything fitness and health-related. His love for health and fitness started to shift from a focus on improving himself to improving others when he helped his dad lose 40 pounds simply by employing a regular exercise routine.
Chris realized that he could apply everything he was learning to help people live better, more efficient lives; he switched majors and graduated from Shippensburg University in 2019 with a bachelor's in Exercise Science. After interning at The Carlisle Med Gym he was hired as a member of the Med Gym training staff and is excited to help people live healthier and happier lives.
In 2020, Chris added Nutrition Coaching to his tool belt when he became certified as a Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach. He currently runs The Med Gym's Nutrition Coaching program where he helps people learn to have a healthy relationship with food and line up their eating with their goals.
